Almost New Auto Rentals - Company Policies

Company Policies:

Additional Drivers - All additional drivers must be 25 years of age or older. An additional fee may be charged for each additional driver. All additional drivers must meet all the qualifications as the driver.
Additional Miles - A minimum of 20¢ will be charged per mile that is used that exceeds miles allowed.
Age Requirements - The primary renter of the vehicle must be 25 years of age or older. All driver's must show a valid driver's license at time of rental. Renters from age 21 to 24 may also rent for an additional daily fee.
Credit Cards - All renters must have a major credit card. Debit cards are not accepted.
Debit Cards - Debit cards can be used for payment of the rental fee. If renter does not have a credit card a $500.00 cash deposit is required.
Insurance - All renters must have full coverage insurance. We will confirm their coverage and make sure that their insurance covers our car fully. (Liability, Comprehensive and Collision.) Collision damage waiver may be available for purchase at our rental counter for those who qualify. This coverage will include a collision deductible. In the event of an accident, payment of this deductible will be the responsibility of the renter.
Late Charges - Rates are subject to change if vehicle is not returned on the date and time agreed upon at the time of the rental.
Off road and Towing - No off-roading and towing are permitted in any vehicle during time of rental.
One way Rentals - One way rentals are not allowed.
Pick Up - Free customer pick up is subject to an 8 mile radius of rental location. A fee may be applied if customer pick up exceeds pick up limit. Rates vary call for details.
Rentals to Mexico - Mexico rentals are not allowed.
Responsibility for Rental Vehicle - Renter is responsible for the safe return of the rental vehicle in the same condition as it was rented. Renter is responsible for all damages, including loss of use. Whether who is at fault in the accident, the renter may be asked to pay for the damage up to and including the total cost of replacing the vehicle in case of a total wreck or loss. Be sure any estimated damage to the vehicle has been recorded properly before leaving the rental location.
Smoking - All vehicles are non-smoking and are subject to a deodorizing fee if it has been smoked in.
